Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to the breathtaking Himalayan country, home to Mount Everest, the revered Lord Buddha, heroic Gurkha soldiers, stunning natural landscapes, vibrant cultures, and warm hospitality. 
Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to a nearby hotel  or arrange a flight to Pokhara, taking care of all your transportation needs based on your arrival time at Kathmandu Airport then transfer to Pokhara and stay overnight in a hotel. 

Day 2

Your dream holiday starts in the morning after breakfast, we pedal through the enchanting royal trek routes of Begnas, Bhorletar, and Lamjung. Along the way, you'll immerse yourself in authentic villages, where the locals cultivate their own food, toil on the farms, and enjoy fishing in the serene lakes and rivers. Get ready for a thrilling bike adventure lasting 6 to 7 hours, covering a distance of approximately 65 kilometers.

Day 3

Starting from Sundar Bazar, we will bike uphill for a few kilometers until we reach Besisahar. Along the way, we will see many beautiful waterfalls and encounter diverse ethnicities and lifestyles in each hill and village we pass. As we ascend to higher altitudes, we will be rewarded with stunning views of the Annapurna(8091m), Lamjung(6983m), Manaslu(8163m), and other famous peaks. After a few hours of riding, we will reach Syange where we will spend the night. The bike ride will take approximately 4 to 5 hours and cover a distance of around 45 kilometers.

Day 4

Get ready for an exciting uphill bike ride with stunning views. This will be a challenging day, but as we climb higher, we'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Annapurna, Lamjung, Manaslu, and other majestic peaks. We'll also encounter waterfalls, plants, and animals along the way.
Our destination is Chame village in the Manang district, where you'll experience the enchanting vibes of an Alpine-like landscape and immerse yourself in the mountainous surroundings. After the ride, we'll enjoy a relaxing evening walk.
The bike ride will last around 5 to 6 hours, covering approximately 38 kilometers. It's time to embark on this incredible adventure and create unforgettable memories in the midst of nature's grandeur.

Day 5

Mountain biking from Chame to Upper Pisang (3300m) is an awesome ride. We we be riding along the pine forest and Tibetan Buddhism influenced villages. As we reach Pisang village, we'll be greeted by the stunning backdrop of mountains, pine forests, and the flowing blue/white river of Marsangi. The village is surrounded by local settlements, terraced fields where crops are grown, and animals are kept. The place is adorned with ancient monasteries that add to its charm. If we're fortunate, we may witness captivating rituals like marriage ceremonies, festivals, and cultural celebrations, steeped in tradition.
The bike ride will take approximately 5 to 6 hours, covering a distance of around 22 kilometers. Get ready to explore this enchanting village and create lasting memories amidst its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage.

Day 6

Todays ride going to be  an incredible mountain biking adventure from Pisang to  Manang, starting from our acclimatized base after breakfast. Our first stop is the captivating Ghyaru village, famous for its remarkable trails. Riding at our own pace, we'll reach the enchanting village of Nagwal in about 2.5 to 3 hours, with stops along the way. Nestled amidst the majestic Annapurna II, Nagwal is an authentic village that will leave you amazed.
Get ready for a thrilling 3-hour bike ride, covering approximately 25 kilometers. Immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and cultural richness of these extraordinary villages.

Day 7

We want to assure you that our itinerary is longer than other companies because we prioritize acclimatization to ensure the well-being of our guests and crew. Our trips provide ample time for acclimatization and getting accustomed to the Himalayan environment. While we won't be riding during this period, we'll have the opportunity to explore the Gangapurna Glacier Lake, monasteries, Manang village, and the Himalayan Rescue Association of Nepal. We will gather important information on managing high altitude sickness. If anyone wishes to ride, please consult with a guide or our team leader.

Day 8

On our acclimatization day in Manang, we have a chance to rest and explore the beautiful Khangshar village or visit the Gumbas (monasteries). It's important to acclimatize before going above 5,000 meters in high-altitude rides. This day gives us the opportunity to relax and soak in the Himalayan surroundings. We can choose to explore the rich culture and villages of Manang or simply take a break to prepare for the upcoming adventures. If anyone in the group wishes to ride, they can consult with our team leader, or we can adjust our plans based on the group's preferences.

Day 9

Get ready for an incredible mountain biking adventure from Manang to Thorong-Phedi, as we ride through high-altitude terrain. Today's destination is Phedi, and although it might be challenging to bike and hike at this altitude, the breathtaking scenery and the feeling of being on the mighty mountains make it an amazing experience. Take it easy and go at your own pace, enjoying the views and feeling like a bird soaring over 4000 meters. Keep an eye out for yaks and maybe even a Himalayan snow leopard, or who knows, the footprint of the legendary Yeti! We'll cover a distance of approximately 17 km and bike for 4 to 5 hours.

Day 10

Prepare for the ultimate challenge! Phedi to Muktinath via Throng-La at 5416m is the highlight of our adventure.
We'll rise early at 4am, grab a light breakfast, and power through the initial climb with energy bars. At a tea house, we'll enjoy a hearty breakfast before pushing our bikes towards the pass. If you're feeling strong, you might even ride certain sections.
The thin air at high altitude adds difficulty, but fear not! Our team of expert guides and porters will provide constant support. Take it slow, soak in the views of majestic peaks like Dhaulagiri and Annapurna, and embrace the Tibetan plateau as we descend to Muktinath.
This unforgettable biking journey spans approximately 8 to 9 hours, covering 19 kilometers. Get ready for an adventure you'll cherish forever!

Day 11

Today is a laid-back and enjoyable day. We'll sleep in, have a leisurely breakfast, and relax before embarking on a fun ride. You can choose to explore the fantastic single-track rides that Mustang offers. In the morning, we'll make a brief visit to the temple and monastery, experiencing the unique traditions and rituals cherished by both Buddhists and Hindus. Muktinath holds special significance for them.
For us, it's a chance to gain insight into their beliefs and customs. Afterward, we'll continue our ride to either the Lupra trail or the Zhong village trails, known as the finest in the Himalayas. It will take us approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to reach Kagbeni, where we'll spend the night. We will visit Kag Chode Thupten Samphel Ling Gomba,  Kag Khar Ruined Palace, Devthen Chhorten and Tharwa Chyoling Nunnery monastery and other attractions of Kagbeni village. 
Prepare for a bike ride short and fun rides, covering a distance of approximately 15 to 20 kilometers. Enjoy this relaxing day and make the most of the remarkable trails and cultural experiences along the way.

Day 12

Today's journey is all about exploring and immersing ourselves in the local culture. Our first stop is the charming Kagbeni village, known as the oldest village in the Annapurna circuit. Here, you'll discover ancient monasteries, a historic palace, and traditional mud houses that give you a glimpse into the local way of life. Take in the rich heritage as we visit the palace, interact with the monks, and if we have time, engage in a meditation session to deepen our understanding of Buddhism.
After this fulfilling experience, we'll set off on a delightful ride towards Marpha, passing by the beautiful Dumba Lake and the captivating Jomsom valley. The scenic landscapes will enchant your senses as we pedal our way forward. Our overnight stay awaits us in the welcoming town of Jomsom, and from there, we'll continue our ride to Marpha.
The entire bike ride will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, covering a distance of around 25 kilometers. It's time to embrace the cultural wonders and natural beauty that lie ahead on this extraordinary journey.

Day 13

After a delightful celebration of Marpha's apple products, including the scrumptious apple cider, brandy, and apple pie, we wake up to a pleasant morning. It's time to explore the charming village of Marpha, starting with a visit to the apple orchard and the magnificent monasteries. Don't miss the Nyingma Monastery, offering the most breathtaking views of the Marpha valley and village. There are also the Chhairo Gomba and Chorten, waiting to be discovered after a satisfying breakfast.
As we continue our journey, we'll ride along the picturesque Kalig Gandaki River valley, surrounded by majestic pine forests, crossing suspension bridges, and passing through authentic villages where we may even catch a glimpse of yaks and mythical yetis. Riding along the under-construction road, we'll witness the awe-inspiring gorge, nestled between the towering peaks of Dhaulagiri (8167m) and Annapurna I (8091m). Embracing the stunning mid-hill terrain of Nepal, our adventure takes us to Tatopani, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch and have the option to either ride to Beni Bazar or drive all the way to Pokhara.
In Pokhara, we'll find ourselves in the comfort of a good hotel, ready to relax and reflect on the incredible experiences we've had throughout this journey.
Our ride is finally over and dream holiday has converted into the unforgettable memories.

Day 14

Take a fight to Ktm or extend your holiday. We'll schedule your flight to Kathmandu, taking into account your preferred departure time. Alternatively, if you have some time left, you can explore the lively neighborhood of Thamel, famous for its markets and street food, or visit some of the breathtaking temples and monasteries nearby. As our time together draws to a close, it's time to bid a reluctant farewell for now, but we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Note: In case of unexpected circumstances, such as political, pandemic, natural disaster, weather events, and any event which may incur a risk to our guests, PMTBA reserve the right to modify the program for the safety of our particiants.
