Get ready for a mountain biking and hiking expedition with team Australia 2025, for an unforgettable adventure to Tilicho Lake-The highest holy lake in the world at 4920m. This mountain biking and hiking expedition combines a touch of Buddhist spirituality into one neat package that balances fun and challenge with cultural discovery hidden in the middle of the Himalayas.
The biking and hiking adventure starts in Kathmandu and takes us through beautiful places like Pokhara, Lamjung, Manang, Mustang, Myagdi and Baglung before heading back to Kathmandu. You will be riding your bike on the trails that are diverse, as they come across the Himalayan deserts, Yak Paths, pine forests, mid-hills, lush green valleys, waterfalls, Marshyangdi and Kaligandaki River gorges. The main highlight of the trip is to reach the breathtaking Tilicho Lake and taking on the epic Mesokanta-La Pass at an altitude of 5330 m from the sea level. Besides, these highlights, camping out under the star-studded skies surrounded by towering mountains at an altitude that you may not have been before, is an experience of lifetime! Meeting friendly locals, visiting peaceful Buddhist shrines and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Himalayas; what else you want more?
This is not a tour but an experience etched in memory forever. If you are ready for the most unforgettable time of your life, let's discover with you the real magic of the Himalayas!
